How much time do I need?
Only 30 minutes a day, and take as many times a week that fits your wellness goals. One of the many benefits of the "Align Your Spine" class is the flexibility of time.
Do I need equipment for this course?
An exercise mat, a streaming device and 30 minutes of your time. Remember, consistency is key, and you should complete Align Your Spine at least once a week for 6 weeks for maximum benefits.
I am incredibly passionate about Neutral Spine because I know it is the safest, most functional position for your spine. Helping students find optimal alignment is a huge part of my life’s work. With Align Your Spine, I aim to help people understand the importance of Neutral Spine, find it in their own body, and help them translate it to their daily posture. Finding “your optimal” will support you in everything you do in life. Sitting, daily chores, cycling, dancing, barre, yoga, just about everything.
This program will not only give you a great workout- it will create muscle memory for your most important posture. Ideally, you will participate in this program at least once a week for a minimum of 6 weeks to create your optimal alignment for the foundation of any movement you practice.
