Created by Jill Dailey, this highly effective 20 minute workout can be done over and over again to gain the strength and tone you strive for!

Anyone... literally!  Everyone can benefit from added strength and tone for their arms.

How much time do I need for the class?

Only 20 minutes. Once you own this class, you can repeat it as often as you like on your own time.

Do I need equipment for the Arm Challenge?

No other props besides weights (household items work too, as long as equal weight is in each hand)


Jill Dailey is a true innovator of the dance barre fitness revolution on the West Coast. A degreed Kinesiologist, Jill found that her true passion was helping people align their bodies and transform their lives through fitness.
